Kyle Wilson–Founder and CEO
Kyle is a visionary luxury homebuilder and the innovative force behind lucid Design Build. Kyle has served in pivotal roles within the construction sector, including Superintendent, Project Manager, Director of Construction, and Director of Operations for numerous large-scale projects valued between eight and nine figures. His extensive experience and deep industry insights culminated in the creation of Lucid Design Build, where he introduced a novel approach that dramatically enhances client engagement and control during the homebuilding process.
Kyle’s commitment to excellence is paralleled by his passion for personal and professional development. Dedicated exclusively to Lucid Design Build, Kyle seeks not just to build homes but to establish a legacy of quality and innovation that exceeds every expectation.
A four-time contestant on American Ninja Warrior, Kyle embodies the spirit of determination and challenge. A devoted father to two daughters, he is driven by a desire to build a legacy that they can be proud of.
Gaetana Wilson–Managing Partner and COO
Gaetana is one of the prominent women in construction today, and the driving force behind lucid. A graduate of UVU’s School of Business, Gaetana brings a decade of business and management experience.
Gaetana understands the needs of our trade partners, partnering with them to deliver the resources they need not just to finish their scopes, but to do it efficiently, with the high degree of quality of which we’re so insanely proud.
